Classic Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 150g round pudding rice
- 750ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2-3 table spoons caster sugar
Method
- STEP 1Add the milk and sugar into a pot and bring to the boil
- STEP 2Once the milk & sugar have been brought to the boil, add the pudding rice and turn heat down to simmer for at least 35 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan
- STEP 3Now cover the pot and allow to cook until it has thickened
- STEP 4Divide between 9 bowls and serve with a sprinkle of cinammon
