Ingredients

  • 150g round pudding rice
  • 750ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2-3 table spoons caster sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add the milk and sugar into a pot and bring to the boil
  • STEP 2
    Once the milk & sugar have been brought to the boil, add the pudding rice and turn heat down to simmer for at least 35 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan
  • STEP 3
    Now cover the pot and allow to cook until it has thickened
  • STEP 4
    Divide between 9 bowls and serve with a sprinkle of cinammon
