Ingredients
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 x 500g passata
- 2 Tbs sun-dried tomato paste
- 2 tbs pesto
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- STEP 1Heat the oil in a medium pan and cook the onion and the garlic over a gentle heat until soft but not coloured, about 10 minutes.
- STEP 2Add the remaining ingredients to the pan, bring to the boil, then simmer very gently for about 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning to serve.
