1 red pepper (long ones there more fresh) diced no seeds etc
1 carrot peeled and diced
Tsp ground cumin
Tsp ground coriander
Tsp chilli powder
Can of tomatoes with juice
2 cans of red baked beans
2 pints of Guinness
1 pint vegetable stocks

Method
step 1
Heat half of the olive oil over medium-high heat in large saucepan. Add the beef, salt and pepper then cook stirring until browned and the juices have evaporated about 15mins.

Heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat in another saucepan. Add garlic, onion, pepper, carrot, cumin, coriander and chilli powder. Cook the mixture, stirring here and there.
step 3
Add the beef to the mixture of vegetables. Pour half a cup off water into the pan bring to a boil

Add the tomatoes then Guinness and stock and tomato puree and beans along with and pepper and cook.
