Preheat oven on 240C/gas

Mix the butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy.

Add eggs one by one and mix well after each addition.

Add vanilla.

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and start adding them slowly to the mixture. Mix well.

IF YOU WANT YOUR CUPCAKES TO BE CHOCOLATY, YOU CAN HERE ADD COCOA OR CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR EVEN BOTH TO THE MIXTURE

Fill in the dough in cookie sheets and up to 1/3 of the cupcake liners

Bake on 240C for 5-7 minutes then on 160C for 20- 25 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.

FOR ICING:

mix the butter with the milk and your choice of strawberry syrup, cocoa, or vanilla until fluffy (it has to be mixed well for about 10 minutes) then dip the cupcakes. Sprinkle then the cupcakes with your choice of colorful or chocolate sprinkles.
