Ingredients
- 400g Rump Steak
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 5 Chestnut Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
- 1/2 Tbs Sweet Paprika
- 1/2 Tbs Rosemary
- Splash Red Wine
- Worstershire Sauce (optional)
Method
- STEP 1Fry onions and garlic in a pan for 5 minuets until golden brown.
- STEP 2Thinly slice steak, peppers and mushrooms and add to the frying pan. Then add chopped tomatoes, rosemary, paprika, red wine, beef stock and mix herbs and bring to the boil for 10 minuets.
- STEP 3Move to oven at 140 degrees for approximately 1.5 hours. Remember to cover stewing pot.
- STEP 4Every 30 mins check stew and add water or splash of wine if drying out
