Ingredients
- Boneless Meat 1 kg
- Onion 0.5 kg
- Black pepper 100 gr
- Oil 200 gr
- Flour 3 kg
Method
- STEP 1Make the Meat dumplings
- STEP 2Make past out of flour and cover it with something
- STEP 3Fry the meat dumplings with onion for 10 minutes
- STEP 4Cut the paste in square shapes and then fill it with the mixture of meat dumpling with onion and close the square from corners
- STEP 5Put the Mantoo inside the Cooker for at least 35 minutes. Then take it out and.....Enjoy the Test
