Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon Grass Stalk
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 Shallot
  • Galangal (or Ginger)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped basil
  • 0.5 Teaspoon cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 3 tablespoons of fish sauce or 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons of coconut milk

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put everything into a blender and mix to a paste. Use as appropriate.
