Ingredients
- 1 Lemon Grass Stalk
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 Shallot
- Galangal (or Ginger)
- 1 Tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 Tablespoon chopped basil
- 0.5 Teaspoon cumin powder
- 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3 tablespoons of fish sauce or 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons of coconut milk
