• 150g SR Flour (Gluten free)
  • 25g Ground Almonds
  • 175g Caster Sugar
  • 175g Stork Margarine
  • Teaspoon of Baking Powder (Gluten free)
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
  • 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade for glazing
  • Icing Sugar and water for drizzle


  • STEP 1
    Mix all ingredients together with a spoon then whisk with an electric whisk until fluffy
  • STEP 2
    Place into a greased paper baking tin
  • STEP 3
    Bake at 160 fan for 40-45 minutes
  • STEP 4
    When cooked heat 3 tablespoons of marmalade and a tablespoon of water. Brush into cake. Leave to cool
  • STEP 5
    Make the drizzle by mixing the icing sugar with water until quite runny. Drizzle over the cake
