Ingredients

  • Fresh Spaghetti( only 5 mins cooking time) 500g
  • Dolmio sauce (whole pot)
  • Tomato puree (1/2 a tube)
  • Garlic paste (1tbsp)
  • Mushrooms (x10)
  • Onions( x2)
  • Tinned tomato (1can)

Equipment:

  • Frying Pan (large)
  • Spatula (regular)
  • Minced meat (500g)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Place the onion in the frying pan and brown them off
  • STEP 2
    Add the tomato sauce to the onions
  • STEP 3
    Add the puree
  • STEP 4
    Add the garlic paste and chop the mushrooms
  • STEP 5
    Add the chopped mushrooms to the mix
  • STEP 6
    Add the tinned tomato
  • STEP 7
    Add the minced meat and leave to brown off.
  • STEP 8
    Stir for approx. 30mins until all juices are absorbed
  • STEP 9
    Serve onto plates
  • STEP 10
    ENJOY!!!! with a garlic bread!
