• 250ml plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 kg of large cubes of chicken breast or boneless thigh
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Assorted veg for skewers


  • STEP 1
    Mix everything expect for the skewer veg in a large bowl and leave to marinate for at least an hour (best over night)
  • STEP 2
    Thread onto skewers
  • STEP 3
    Grill on medium heat for 10-15 mins until cooked through
  • STEP 4
    Serve with pitta, garlic mayo and salad
