Ingredients
- 250ml plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- Zest from one lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1 kg of large cubes of chicken breast or boneless thigh
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Assorted veg for skewers
Method
- STEP 1Mix everything expect for the skewer veg in a large bowl and leave to marinate for at least an hour (best over night)
- STEP 2Thread onto skewers
- STEP 3Grill on medium heat for 10-15 mins until cooked through
- STEP 4Serve with pitta, garlic mayo and salad
