Spicy butternut squash soup

Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 sticks of celery
- an OXO indian cube or 1 tsp indian curry powder
- water
To make it extra special:
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Method
- STEP 1put all the ingredients in the pot, bring to boil, then simmer for 20 mins
- STEP 2blend the soup in a blender, dilute to taste
- STEP 3if making the soup extra special, add the peanut butter in the blender
- STEP 4Bring back to boil, and serve
