Ingredients
- 100g custard powder
- 200g butter
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 140g caster sugar
- 100g SR flour
Icing
- 100g custard powder
- 200g butter
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp milk

- 100g SR flour
- 140 g icing sugar
- hundreds and thousands to decorate
Method
- STEP 1turn oven on to 180o line 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases
- STEP 2Beat together: custard powder, eggs, and milk Then stir in the sugar
- STEP 3Spoon into paper cases and bake for 20mins or until cooked
- STEP 4icing: mix icing sugar with around 3 tbsp water to form a thick paste COver the buns and decorate with hundreds and thousands
