Ingredients

  • 100g custard powder
  • 200g butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 100g SR flour

Icing

  • 100g custard powder
  • 200g butter

  • 100g SR flour
  • 140 g icing sugar
  • hundreds and thousands to decorate

Method

  • STEP 1
    turn oven on to 180o line 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases
  • STEP 2
    Beat together: custard powder, eggs, and milk Then stir in the sugar
  • STEP 3
    Spoon into paper cases and bake for 20mins or until cooked
  • STEP 4
    icing: mix icing sugar with around 3 tbsp water to form a thick paste COver the buns and decorate with hundreds and thousands
