- 2 Eggs
- 30g Sugar
- 300ml Milk

- Lemon Juice

Method
- STEP 1Mix the milk and flour together with a whisk
- STEP 2Then beat in the eggs.
- STEP 3Finally add the sugar, whisk together
- STEP 4Drop the pancakes onto a frying pan with smoking oil.
- STEP 5Cook on one side for a minute, then, flip other for 30 seconds.
- STEP 6Serve immediately.
