Delightful fluffy pizza dough in just 10 minutes

  • 3 Fast-Action Yeast Sachets
  • 600g Strong White Flour
  • 375ml Warm Water
  • Salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC Fan or 220ºC on conventional.

  2. Mix together all of the dry ingredients.

  3. Add the water.

  4. Cover with towel.

  5. Leave in warm place for as long as time allows

  6. Pour out dough onto a surface and knead for five minutes.

  7. Split dough into six balls.

  8. Shape as wish then decorate as desired.

  9. Put into oven for 10 minutes and turn around in the middle.
