Ingredients

Cake mixture

  • 1 table spoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 of milk

Buttercream topping

  • 1 table spoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 margarine
  • 1/4 double cream
  • 1 cup Oreo crumbs
  • Full Oreos for decoration
  • 3 tea spoons of vanilla extract

Method

  • STEP 1
    Pre-heat the oven to 180- 200. Then cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add the eggs and whisk together. Then mix in the vanilla.
  • STEP 2
    Fold the flour and little by little add the milk. When the mixture is ready pour it into cupcakes liner then place in the oven for 20-25 mins or until skewer is clean.
  • STEP 3
    To make the butter cream mix the icing sugar and butter together. Then gradually and the cream do this until it looks creamy. Then add the crumbs of Oreo and stir in.
  • STEP 4
    Finally when the cupcakes are cool and the buttercream to the top and for finishing touches you can add a full Oreo or mini Oreos
