  • 400g diced chicken or turkey breast
  • 1 can homepride white wine cook in sauce
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 200g mushrooms sliced


    1. heat the oil in a frying pan util it starts to sizzle
    2. add the chicken to the pan and brown all oven
    3. remove the chicken from the pan and set aside for the time being leaving any juices in the pan
    4. add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they too are browned
    5. add the chicken back to the pan and add the white wine cook in sauce
    6. simmer on a low heat for about 30mins or until the sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon
    7. serve with mashed potatoes and spring greens for a healthy filling meal
