Mango Chicken

Ingredients

one chicken brest per person so it can be made for any number really you just have to double up if you are making it for more that 4 people.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 jar of Mango Chutney (mild)
  • 1/2 jar of Mango Chuntney (Spicy and Hot)
  • I tin of Mango slices (One tip here is that I found that some supermarkets do Mango already sliced and it is eaiser and cheaper if you by them)
  • One small tub of Creme Fraiche about (200 ml)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut the Chicken into small pieces and cook in the frying pan
  • STEP 2
    Mix the creme fraiche and both chuntneys and the mango into a bowl
  • STEP 3
    add to the chicken and heat slowly
  • STEP 4
    serve with fried or boild rice
  • STEP 5
    I only used the one type of Chuntney and that was the mild
