A lovely Italian cuisine risotto dinner for 4.

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 pepper
  • 250g Arborio Rice
  • 200g Cooked Chicken


  1. Cut the onion and garlic and put that in the pot. Then add the rice and let that cook out whilst you're preparing your other things. Put in boiling water that covers the top of the food.

  2. Cut the leek and the peppers and add that. Also add a stock cube of your choice, but since this is a chicken risotto, use a chicken stock cube. At this point, you may need to add more boiling water.

  3. Dice the chicken into small pieces and add that to the pot.
