  • 250 gm soyan chunks( boiled)
  • 2 Green Chilly (chopped)
  • 3 onion (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut paste
  • 2 sprigs of Curry Leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pinch gram masala
  • 5 gm garlic
  • 5 gm ginger
  • coconut oil
  • salt to taste

Method

  • step 1

    Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden brown. add garlic, ginger, green chilly
  • step 2

    Put in soya chunks (boiled), water, salt to taste, red chilly, coriander and turmeric powder add tomato cube
  • step 3

    Pour coconut paste into it and simmer it. Then mix in curry leaves and take it off the heat add gram masala
  • step 4

    Serve it hot
