  • 250 gm soyan chunks( boiled)
  • 2 Green Chilly (chopped)
  • 3 onion (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut paste
  • 2 sprigs of Curry Leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pinch gram masala
  • 5 gm garlic
  • 5 gm ginger
  • coconut oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden brown. add garlic, ginger, green chilly

  2. Put in soya chunks (boiled), water, salt to taste, red chilly, coriander and turmeric powder add tomato cube

  3. Pour coconut paste into it and simmer it. Then mix in curry leaves and take it off the heat add gram masala

  4. Serve it hot
