Ingredients
- 250 gm soyan chunks( boiled)
- 2 Green Chilly (chopped)
- 3 onion (chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Coconut paste
- 2 sprigs of Curry Leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 pinch gram masala
- 5 gm garlic
- 5 gm ginger
- coconut oil
- salt to taste
Method
- STEP 1Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden brown. add garlic, ginger, green chilly
- STEP 2Put in soya chunks (boiled), water, salt to taste, red chilly, coriander and turmeric powder add tomato cube
- STEP 3Pour coconut paste into it and simmer it. Then mix in curry leaves and take it off the heat add gram masala
- STEP 4Serve it hot
