Ingredients

  • Boiled Eggs 5no's
  • Coconut paste 1cup
  • Large Onions (finely chopped) 4no's
  • green chilli 3no's
  • Garlic-ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes (finely chopped) 2no's
  • gram masala 1 pinch
  • salt to taste
  • coconut oil 3 tsp
  • For tempering :-
  • Coconut oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Small onions( chopped small) 3 no’s
  • Red dry whole chilly 3 no’s
  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till brown
  • STEP 2
    Add Garlic-ginger paste ,green chilli
  • STEP 3
    Add Turmeric Powder ,chilli powder ,Coriander powder , tomatoes and mix well.
  • STEP 4
    Add egg and hot water
  • STEP 5
    Add Coconut paste and cook for another 4 minutes
  • STEP 6
    Add salt and gram masala powder
  • STEP 7
    Garnish it with tempering
