Ingredients
- Boiled Eggs 5no's
- Coconut paste 1cup
- Large Onions (finely chopped) 4no's
- green chilli 3no's
- Garlic-ginger paste 2 tbsp
- chilli powder 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Tomatoes (finely chopped) 2no's
- gram masala 1 pinch
- salt to taste
- coconut oil 3 tsp
- For tempering :-
- Coconut oil 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Small onions( chopped small) 3 no’s
- Red dry whole chilly 3 no’s
- Curry leaves 1 sprig
Method
- STEP 1Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till brown
- STEP 2Add Garlic-ginger paste ,green chilli
- STEP 3Add Turmeric Powder ,chilli powder ,Coriander powder , tomatoes and mix well.
- STEP 4Add egg and hot water
- STEP 5Add Coconut paste and cook for another 4 minutes
- STEP 6Add salt and gram masala powder
- STEP 7Garnish it with tempering
