- 150ml milk
- 150ml double cream
- King Edward potatoes
- Nutmeg
- Garlic
Method
- STEP 1Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices, put in bowl of cold water to get rid of any starch
- STEP 2Pat them dry with a clean tea town and layer in oven proof dish , on each layer season with salt, pepper and garlic
- STEP 3Mix milk and cream together in a bowl, and pour onto the potatoes
- STEP 4Finally add some nutmeg on top and place in oven
