  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 16 oz dairy free chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts of choice
  • pinch of salt

    Method

    • step 1

      Preheat oven to 180 C. Spread nuts on a large baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes. Prepare 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it with foil an coconut oil.
    • step 2

      In a large pan, melt the chocolate, cream, honey and coconut oil over a low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla essence, salt and nuts. Pour into tray and refrigerate for an hour.
