Blistered Padron Peppers

Perfect dish for a Tapas menu
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound Padron Peppers
- Flaky Sea Salt
- STEP 1Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan over a high heat until just smoking. Add half of the peppers; cook, tossing occasionally, until the skins are blistered and flesh is softened, roughly 4 minutes.
- STEP 2Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
- STEP 3Repeat with remaining peppers, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and more salt.
