Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound Padron Peppers
  • Flaky Sea Salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan over a high heat until just smoking. Add half of the peppers; cook, tossing occasionally, until the skins are blistered and flesh is softened, roughly 4 minutes.
  • STEP 2
    Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
  • STEP 3
    Repeat with remaining peppers, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and more salt.
