Ingredients
Main Mixture
- 180g self raising flour
- 180g unsalted butter
- 180g sugar
- 3 eggs
Decoration

- 240g Cadburys Dairy Milk
- Sweets and/or other decorations.
- 24 coloured cake cases
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the ovento has mark four/ 180°. Weigh the butter and cut into chunks. Place in a large glass bowl. Weigh the sugar and add it in. Mix the butter and sugar together with your hands, making sure the butter is a solid shape with sugar on it, none should be on the side of the bowl.
- STEP 2Crack three eggs in a separate bowl. Add them into the main bowl and beat it in. Crush the butter in the process. When it is not chunky, stop.
- STEP 3Weigh and then add the floor to the main mixture bowl. Make sure to stir it in until it's yellow and near to unlumpy.
- STEP 4Spoon the mixture I to the paper cases and put into the oven. This should take 20 minutes depending on the cakes size. They should come out golden.
- STEP 5While the cakes are cooling, break up the chocolate into squares and place into a microwaveable bowl. Melt for a minute and a half and then mash with a fork until smooth.
- STEP 6Once cooled, place the cakes on a tray to be decorated. Place a dollop of melted dairy milk on each and spread. Decorate them to your tastes, and leave to set.
