- STEP 1
Preheat the ovento has mark four/ 180°. Weigh the butter and cut into chunks. Place in a large glass bowl. Weigh the sugar and add it in. Mix the butter and sugar together with your hands, making sure the butter is a solid shape with sugar on it, none should be on the side of the bowl.

Crack three eggs in a separate bowl. Add them into the main bowl and beat it in. Crush the butter in the process. When it is not chunky, stop.

Weigh and then add the floor to the main mixture bowl. Make sure to stir it in until it's yellow and near to unlumpy.

Spoon the mixture I to the paper cases and put into the oven. This should take 20 minutes depending on the cakes size. They should come out golden.
- STEP 5
While the cakes are cooling, break up the chocolate into squares and place into a microwaveable bowl. Melt for a minute and a half and then mash with a fork until smooth.
- STEP 6
Once cooled, place the cakes on a tray to be decorated. Place a dollop of melted dairy milk on each and spread. Decorate them to your tastes, and leave to set.
