Not the healthiest but the tastiest snack! The Sweet Pizza
- 1 egg yolk
- 300g plain flour
- 250g soft butter
- 140g caster sugar
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- Sweet sauce e.g.Chocolate sauce
- STEP 1Add the butter and the sugar in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon. Then add the vanilla, egg yolk and the flour. Stir into a dough.
- STEP 2Flatten the dough onto a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 mins. It may need more or less baking time.
- STEP 3Once cooked, spread on the sauce then add on the sweets/chocolate.
