With a little oil brown chicken breasts and leave to the side.

Put a little oil in the pan, gently fry onion and peppers/mushrooms in the pan. Then add garlic and fry gently. Add stock and chicken to the pan and a few fresh herbs. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add in creme fraiche and warm through. Add remaining herbs.
