Creamy sauce perfect for chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- one pepper or mushrooms
- 4 chicken breasts
- 200ml chicken stock
- 200ml creme fraiche
- fresh herbs
- garlic olive oil
- STEP 1With a little oil brown chicken breasts and leave to the side.
- STEP 2Put a little oil in the pan, gently fry onion and peppers/mushrooms in the pan. Then add garlic and fry gently. Add stock and chicken to the pan and a few fresh herbs. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add in creme fraiche and warm through. Add remaining herbs.
- STEP 3Serve with new potatoes and steamed vegetables.
