  • 400 g spinach
  • 100ml single cream
  • 25 g Parmasan

    Method

    • step 1

      Potatoes Cut the potatoes in half. Put into the pan and pour over boiling water and add a pinch of salt. Cook for ten minutes. In the meantime put 3ml of oil in a baking tray. In the oven for 200 degree
    • step 2

      Chicken Marinate your chicken. Sprinkle over a good pinch of dried oregano, salt and pepper and the 5 Chinese spices then drizzle over oil and put on the knob of butter. Fry in the frying pan for 5 minutes. For a light brown coating. After the chicken is finished place neatly in the oven dish with the tomatoes and wrap bacon around the chicken. Add a quarter of the lemon to the pan. Total time 45 minutes for the potatoes and total time for the chicken 30 minutes.

      Spinach Finely, cut the onions and sizzle in the pan with garlic. At the last 3 or 4 minutes pour in the batches of spinach. Continuous stir. Drain some of the excessive water. Add the cream and parmasan. Bon appetit.
