Peel the apple. Cut in small slices. Add a tsp of caster sugar and a drizzle of lemon.Simmer for 5 minutes and leave to one side to cool. In them 5 minutes cut the apricot finely and add to the mixture.
Rub the butter in with the flour and sugar, till it looks like breadcrumbs. Put the apple mixture in the oven dish and sprinkle the pastry over. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes until the crumble is lightly brown. Bon Appetit!
