  • 6 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • Chilli
  • tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Small teaspoon of Haldi
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • Thaniya


  1. Cook Onions in oil

  2. Once done put chillies, tomatoes, salt and haldi in.

  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add to the thorka. Mix gentle.

  4. Once cook add the thaniya
