  • 6 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • Chilli
  • tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Small teaspoon of Haldi
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • Thaniya

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cook Onions in oil
  • STEP 2
    Once done put chillies, tomatoes, salt and haldi in.
  • STEP 3
    Beat the eggs in a bowl and add to the thorka. Mix gentle.
  • STEP 4
    Once cook add the thaniya
