Ingredients

  • 300g thin beef cut in 1.5 cm strips
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • boiled rice, to serve

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put first 4 in a non metallic bowl to marinate for 30+ mins, overnight is great.
  • STEP 2
    Stir fry onions and peppers until nearly cooked
  • STEP 3
    Add beef and marinade to hot pan and stir until cooked. Serve
