Ingredients
- Whole potato
- Fish (white)
- Whole tomatoe
- Lemon
- Fresh parsley
- 1tbs Spanish paprika
- 1tbs coriander & cumin
- Salt & pepper to season
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method
- STEP 1Slice the potato into half inch slices and gently fry them in olive oil.
- STEP 2mix the spices, parsley and olive oil to make a paste and flavor the fish. Then rest the fish on the potatoes.
- STEP 3Slice the tomato and lemon to the same size and stack on the fish.
- STEP 4Add water just to cover ad chuck in the rest of the spice and parsley mix and cook until the fish is flaked. Serve with cous cous!
