Simple Moroccan seafood fish

  • Whole potato
  • Fish (white)
  • Whole tomatoe
  • Lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1tbs Spanish paprika
  • 1tbs coriander & cumin
  • Salt & pepper to season
  • 1 tbs olive oil


  1. Slice the potato into half inch slices and gently fry them in olive oil.

  2. mix the spices, parsley and olive oil to make a paste and flavor the fish. Then rest the fish on the potatoes.

  3. Slice the tomato and lemon to the same size and stack on the fish.

  4. Add water just to cover ad chuck in the rest of the spice and parsley mix and cook until the fish is flaked. Serve with cous cous!
