  • 100g black beans (uncooked weight)
  • 100g quinoa (uncooked weight)
  • spinach
  • spelt burrito wraps

  • 2 avocado
  • coriander
  • red jalepeno pepper
  • lime juice
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 3 tomatoes
  • fresh parsley
  • coriander
  • red onion
  • pink salt
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar
  • sesame seeds

  1. Cook the black beans and quinoa. Black beans will need to be precooked so hopefully you only need to heat these up when you make the meal.

  2. Add the ingredients for the guacamole to a blender and blend for about 5 seconds so it is still a little chunky.

  3. Chop the tomatoes, parsley, coriander and red onion and mix in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients for the salsa to the bowl and mix well.

  4. Serve with spinach.
