- STEP 1
Melt butter in pan
- STEP 2
Slowly add a couple of table spoons of flour
- STEP 3
Take off heat now and slowly mix in milk (until a thin consistency)
- STEP 4
Put back on heat and keep stirring until it boils, then simmer for minute or two, (add cheese now - optional)
- STEP 5
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
