- Coconut milk
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Green beans
- Red thai curry paste
- Rice

Cut up the chicken breasts into chunksstep 2
Peel and cut up the potatoes and carrots into cubesstep 3
Cook the green beans but not to much as you want them to have a bit of crunch in them then run under cold water so they keep their colourstep 4
Then put the coconut milk into a large pan, then add all the ingredients accept the green beans and simmer until the chicken is cooked about 20 minsstep 5
While the chicken is simmering cook your rice and drain wellstep 6
When the chicken is cooked add the green beans at the end to warm and then serve on top of the rice
