Chop up onion, mushrooms, leek, parsnip, turnip and carrot and put into a casserole dish.

Mince the garlic with a garlic press and add to dish.

Add peas, green beans, pearl barley and pork.

Make vegetable stock with oxo cube and boiling water and add.

Add the pork casserole mix with cold water to the dish.

Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about an hour.

During cooking, stir and add salt, black pepper and Worcester sauce.
