Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- STEP 1Turn on stove top to a medium heat and sit frying pan on top.
- STEP 2Combine dry ingredients
- STEP 3Add wet ingredients
- STEP 4Mix until smooth
- STEP 5The pan should now be hot enough. Add some mixture (enough for one pancake) to the pan
- STEP 6Carefully flip when the edges look stiff or you can see bubbles
- STEP 7Repeat until batter has gone
