Best fluffy Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

  1. Turn on stove top to a medium heat and sit frying pan on top.

  2. Combine dry ingredients

  3. Add wet ingredients

  4. Mix until smooth

  5. The pan should now be hot enough. Add some mixture (enough for one pancake) to the pan

  6. Carefully flip when the edges look stiff or you can see bubbles

  7. Repeat until batter has gone
