Apple and Cinnamon cake

Ingredients
- 275g s.r. flour
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 225g demerara sugar
- 50g raisins
- 100g butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 175ml milk
- 225g dessert apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Method
- STEP 1Sift flour and cinnamon into bowl and stir in the sugar and raisins
- STEP 2mix in melted butter, eggs, milk and apples and beat till smooth
- STEP 3pour into prepared 20cm square cake tin
- STEP 4bake for about 1hr 15mins until cake springs back when pressed.
- STEP 5cool on wire rack
