Fuesli Cheesy Cougettes

Pasta Dish for athelites. It is high in fibre and starch and contains 3 vegetables, bacon and an array of spices the simmer your taste buds.


  • 25g Plain flour
  • 25g Margarine
  • 250ml Milk
  • 50g cheese(grated)
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 50g of sweetcorn
  • 50g of chopped mushrooms
  • 50g of chopped courgettes
  • 100g of cooked bacon
  • 120g of Fuseli Pasta


  • STEP 1
    Wash yours hands and collect all ingridients and equipment.
  • STEP 2
    Fry mushrooms and courgettes in a little bit of oil until soft the put aside.
  • STEP 3
    Place flour,margarine, salt, pepper and milk into saucepan and stir well with whisk.
  • STEP 4
    Bring slowly to boil, sitting all the time, until sauce thickens.
  • STEP 5
    Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese, mushrooms , courgettes, sweetcorn and bacon
  • STEP 6
    Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes until soft, then drain pasta in colander and rinse with cold water
  • STEP 7
    Mix the pasta and sauce together and stir.
