Filling
- 1 tinned apple pie filling
- 60g caster sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Crumble
- 1 tinned apple pie filling
- 60g caster sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 85g /3oz wheat free flour (i used doves farm)
- 45g /1 1/5 oz non salted butter
- 45g /1 1/5oz light brown sugar
- 1-2tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 - 1 tsp ginger
Method
- STEP 1Mix filling together and spoon into ramikins.
- STEP 2Mix flour and butter together making fine breadcrumbs. Add sugar and spice
- STEP 3Sprinkle over filling and bake at 200°C, Gas mark 4/ 400°F for 30-40min/ until bubbling and golden
- STEP 4Serve with whipped cream and icecream.
