- 3 eggs
- 300g flour
- Water
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- STEP 1Mix in a container flour, salt, eggs and add enough water to have a little bit liquid dough, a glass of water approximately.
- STEP 2Boil a big pan of salt water. Put the dough on a chopping board, and with a knife scrape the dough in fine streeps and put it directly in the boilling water. It's not important if it's not beautiful streeps or pieces, the important is that is not too big. If the dough sticks on the knife, dive the blade in the boilling water.
- STEP 3When the Spatzles float, keep it out the pan and pour on cold water.
- STEP 4In the hot frying pan, with butter or oil, gild the Spatzles.
- STEP 5"Bon appetit !"
