200ml milk-( try soya milk which is lovely as it tastes sweeter and more creamy)
tsp golden syrup
Handful of blueberries
dollop of creme fraiche

Method
step 1
Make the porridge by gently heating the milk and oats together in a saucepan. Keep stirring until thickened to the desirable consistency (I say the thicker the better!)
step 2
Place a teaspoon or so of golden syrup into the bottom of your serving bowl. When the porridge is ready tip this on top-that way you get a surprise of a melted molten pool of golden syrup at the bottom, delish!
step 3
Place a dollop of creme fraiche on top before scattering over the blueberries.
