A delicious homemade pizza made from scratch and really quick to make!

  • For the Dough:
  • 250gr of plain flour
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt (if required)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300ml warm water (add gradually and knead until firm dough)
  • For tomato sauce:
  • 2-3 large tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of basil (fresh or dry)
  • 1 large garlic clove (crushed)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Topping:
  • 300gr of Mozarella
  • 200gr of mild cheddar
  • Mushrooms
  • pepperoni
  • sweetcorn
  • olives
  • ...or any topping of your choice


    Start by mixing all the dough ingredients together add water gradually just in case it is too much. Knead until the dough is firm and not sticky. Cover the dough with a plastic bag and leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
