300ml warm water (add gradually and knead until firm dough)

2-3 large tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
pinch of basil (fresh or dry)
1 large garlic clove (crushed)
salt & pepper to taste

300gr of Mozarella
200gr of mild cheddar
Mushrooms
pepperoni
sweetcorn
olives

Start by mixing all the dough ingredients together add water gradually just in case it is too much. Knead until the dough is firm and not sticky. Cover the dough with a plastic bag and leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
