Very nice, a good meal for fussy eaters and quuick and easy.

  • 50g gravy granules (to suit your choice of meat)
  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • your own choice of meat
  • and your own choice of veg (optional)


    1. Roll out the puff pastry and start cooking the meat
    2. Cover a cake tin with the pastry
    3. Make the gravy with the instuctions on the tin make it to suit your choice of meat
    4. Pour the gravy into the pastry covered cake tin
    5. put a puff pastry lid onto the gravy pie and brush some wisked egg yolks over the top of the pie and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
    6. place the cooked meat on a plate and serve up the pie with some winter veg (optional)
