Ingredients
- 50g gravy granules (to suit your choice of meat)
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- your own choice of meat
- and your own choice of veg (optional)
Method
- STEP 1Roll out the puff pastry and start cooking the meat
- STEP 2Cover a cake tin with the pastry
- STEP 3Make the gravy with the instuctions on the tin make it to suit your choice of meat
- STEP 4Pour the gravy into the pastry covered cake tin
- STEP 5put a puff pastry lid onto the gravy pie and brush some wisked egg yolks over the top of the pie and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- STEP 6place the cooked meat on a plate and serve up the pie with some winter veg (optional)
