Turned out very tasty, even though my mixture curdled, I forgot to add half the flour, and I didn't think to buy cupcake cases so I had to scrape them out the muffin tin after baking. Nevermind eh? Yum!

I only used this for the sponge recipe and I found it made the perfect amount of mixture for 12 cupcakes (using medium sized cases, not those large muffin ones). The cakes were incredibly light and fluffy, and so easy to make! The key to success is creaming the butter and sugar enough to get the air in, I beat mine for at least 3-4 minutes. Thanks for sharing! :)
