Curried Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Medium Curry Powder
- 4 Chicken Breast
- 4 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Mixed Leaf Salad Bag
- 6 Tortilla Wraps
Method
- STEP 1Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the onion and then the curry powder, cooking for a minute.
- STEP 2Cube the chicken and add to the pan to coat in the curry powder. Continue to cook over a medium heat for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is completely cooked through. Leave to one side to go cool.
- STEP 3Mix together the mayonnaise and yoghurt and add a good squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper to taste. Add in the onions and chicken and stir until everything is coated.
- STEP 4Pack everything separately if taking on a picnic otherwise put on the table for everyone to put together their own!
