  • 100g chorizo
  • 1 packet of ready to eat king prawns
  • 1 packet of ready to eat mussels
  • 1 jar of Dolmio Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 250g plain rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper


  1. Chop the onion, pepper and chorizo into small pieces and cook in a wok for 3 mins

  2. Add 300ml of boiled water, the jar of Dolmio and the rice and leave to simmer, adding water until the rice is almost cooked

  3. Add the seafood to the rice and a little bit more water until the rice is fully cooked.
