  • 100g chorizo
  • 1 packet of ready to eat king prawns
  • 1 packet of ready to eat mussels
  • 1 jar of Dolmio Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 250g plain rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper

    Method

    • step 1

      Chop the onion, pepper and chorizo into small pieces and cook in a wok for 3 mins
    • step 2

      Add 300ml of boiled water, the jar of Dolmio and the rice and leave to simmer, adding water until the rice is almost cooked
    • step 3

      Add the seafood to the rice and a little bit more water until the rice is fully cooked.
