Seafood and Chorizo Risotto

- 100g chorizo
- 1 packet of ready to eat king prawns
- 1 packet of ready to eat mussels
- 1 jar of Dolmio Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 250g plain rice
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper
Method
step 1
Chop the onion, pepper and chorizo into small pieces and cook in a wok for 3 minsstep 2
Add 300ml of boiled water, the jar of Dolmio and the rice and leave to simmer, adding water until the rice is almost cookedstep 3
Add the seafood to the rice and a little bit more water until the rice is fully cooked.
