Tuna & Chickpeas Balls

These balls are a great family feed

- 2 x 185g Canned Tuna
- 1 x Canned Chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp x Lemon juice
- 50g x Dried breadcrumbs
- 1 x Large egg
- 400g x spaghetti
- 250g x tomato passata
- 1 Tbsp x dried basil
- 1 Tsp x dried dill
- 1 Tsp x Crushed garlic
Method
step 1
Drain and put chickpeas and lemon juice in blender, blended until they have become like mash.step 2
In a bowl and add tuna, chickpeas mash, breadcrumbs, dill, garlic and egg. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, then roll into small balls and set aside.step 3
Add Oil to a frying pan and cook balls evenly over medium heat until they turn brown, then add tomato passata and basil and cook for about 5 minutes.step 4
Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
