• 2 x 185g Canned Tuna
  • 1 x Canned Chickpeas
  • 1 Tbsp x Lemon juice
  • 50g x Dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 x Large egg
  • 400g x spaghetti
  • 250g x tomato passata
  • 1 Tbsp x dried basil
  • 1 Tsp x dried dill
  • 1 Tsp x Crushed garlic


  • STEP 1
    Drain and put chickpeas and lemon juice in blender, blended until they have become like mash.
  • STEP 2
    In a bowl and add tuna, chickpeas mash, breadcrumbs, dill, garlic and egg. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, then roll into small balls and set aside.
  • STEP 3
    Add Oil to a frying pan and cook balls evenly over medium heat until they turn brown, then add tomato passata and basil and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4
    Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
