Ingredients
- 250g strong bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 sachet dried yeast
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 150ml warm water
- 20g chorizo, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- rosemary
Method
- STEP 1mix flour, water, salt, yeast, oil and sugar with a fork in a large mixing bowl
- STEP 2kneed the dough until it is very elastic and springly
- STEP 3place the dough in a bag and leave it to rise for about 2 hours (or until it is twice the size) at room temerature
- STEP 4pre heat the oven at 200C
- STEP 5pan fry the red onion and chorizo until onion softens
- STEP 6fold the red onion and chorizo into the dough
- STEP 7place the dough on the baking tray and brush with a water glaze
- STEP 8poke holes into the surface of the bread and push the rosemary into them
- STEP 9bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 200C
