easy thi green curry

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • hand full of green beans
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 large onion finly chopped
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 tbsp thai green curry paste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil


    1. add the chopped onion, crushed garlic and green chillies to a pan and gently cook
    2. add the chicken and red pepper, season with salt and pepper, cook the chicken through
    3. add the thai green curry paste
    4. add coconut milk
    5. add the green beans and simmer for further ten minutes
