  • 3 MEDIUM EGGS
  • 3TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TSP MIXED SPICE
  • 100G NUTS

Method

  • STEP 1
    PREHEAT OVEN 150 FAN /170 C/GAS 3/ LINE A 20CM ROUND CAKE TIN
  • STEP 2
    PUT ALL THE INGREDIENT INTO LARGE BOWL AND MIXWELL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER. SCRAPING DOWN THE SIDES TO MAKE SURE ITS ALL MIXED NICE
  • STEP 3
    PUT IN TO TIN .AND POP NUTS ON TOP
  • STEP 4
    PUT IN TO OVEN MIDDLE SHELF FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINS
  • STEP 5
    COOL ON TRAY AND ENJOY
